Moruya Circuit, Kaleen

This was a renovation and restoration project. The clients wanted to improve their home, without losing its existing character.

 

The project started with small and effective restorations to the bedrooms, including new flooring, wardrobes, and fresh paint. Then larger renovations ensued by redesigning the internal layout and moving walls, to create an open plan living space. These updates improved functionality of the home and gave it a modern feel. 

 

This project also included the construction of a spacious timber deck, and landscaping for the front and back gardens. The car port was also converted into a garage with an electric roller door and epoxy flooring.
